Pinks All Out Second Chance

Texas Motorplex is offering a “Second Chance” to get into the show…On 7 & 14 March, they are “qualifying” 30 cars each day. Drivers must pay a $30 entry fee and make 3 passes. The top 30 drivers whose 3 passes are the most consistent will have the oportunity to purchase an entry into the show.

We are going down to Ennis on the 7th of march and try to get into the show. Hopefully, this time we will get in.

Not attending Pinks All Out

Well, we got screwed out of our chance of going to the Pinks All Out in Ennis due to a computer glitch and their uncooperative staff…We signed in to get our ticket promptly at 10:00am, but their system was having difficulty, and would not let anyone buy a ticket. Everytime we went to buy a ticket, their system would kick us off the internet. I called the sales office and informed them of the problem, and requested for them to register me over the phone. They told me that they were not allowed to do that, and that I had to continue trying to get a ticket thru their sales website. They hung up with me and I continued trying as they instructed. 2 hours later, I still could not purchase a ticket thru their website, so I tried calling them again. By now, everybody was trying to call in, so it took me until 2:00pm to get thru. Once I had them on the phone, they instructed me that I was out of luck and that the tickets had all been sold over the phone due to a faulty computer server! Damn, after they told me they were not allowed to sale tickets over the phone, they did it anyway. I have written a letter to their manager complaining about this, but I don’t expect anything to come out of it. Good luck to all who did make it thru.
