Building two motors
March 18, 2007 on 9:01 am | In Uncategorized | No CommentsWe are currently building two motors..a 383 stroker for the Vega, and rebuilding the 512 stroker in the Camaro after some bad luck in Ardmore a few weeks ago. Looks like the #3 cylinder was a little thin and the cylinder walls caved in, ruining one piston and one rod. The rest of the rotating assembly looks to be o.k. We have purchased another block, and have ordered another custom piston, so as soon as the piston arrives, we’ll put her back together. I’ll post more as we start the rebuild.
