New Motor Fired Up!

Well, My good friend Dwayne and I got the beast fired up for the first time last night. It took us about eight hours to complete the install after a few wiring complications. She actually blew a clock and a few more items off the wall of my shop when the fuel first ignited! Sounds like she’s going to be a beast. Can’t wait to get her on the Dyno and see how much power were getting to the rear wheels. Stay tuned for more information coming soon. New engine completed

Last night, we put the finishing touches on our new motor. We bolted on the heads, set the valves, installed the intake and flexplate. Tonight, I will index the spark plugs, trial-fit the new headers and take the car out of the trailer and put it in the shop in preparation for the engine install. I should have the engine ready to fire by Sunday. We’ll keep everyone posted on the progress.
